We are currently working with a maintenance contractor who requires a Branch Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The role will be to oversee and lead the Cornwall business, managing new and existing contracts. This is a client facing role - reviewing contracts and dealing with monthly targets ensuring the contracts are being fulfilled.
Applicants will need to come from a construction background holding an SMSTS certificate and have an understanding of maintenance and repairs on domestic properties. An understanding of programming, monitoring budgets and people management is essential. Experience of managing public sector/ social housing contracts would be beneficial.
This is a people management and contract programming management role in the construction & maintenance sectors.
A permanent opportunity to start ASAP. The salary is between 40-45k with 24days holiday + bank holidays.
