Position: Bid Writer (Planned Maintenance & Refurbishment - Social Housing)

Salary: £45-55k + package

Location: Central London (50% WFH)

My client is leading national property services contractor delivering Integrated Asset Management Services and Planned Maintenance programmes to a wide range of HA & LA clients, they are part of a wider blue chip construction group.

They are looking for a Bid Writer that will be fully responsible for collating and writing construction services contracts across a diverse range of porjects containing but not limited to; Planned Maintenance and Refurbishment Frameworks, Capital Projects, Net Zero Carbon programmes, Passive fire (FRA) and Cladding / EWI tower block projects.

You will contribute to the team at key stages of individual tender projects, gathering technical data from internal departments in order to compile and ensure a high quality, value enhancing bespoke solution is offered to the client. With an adaptability to deal with changing project requirements you will be responsible for proof reading material, providing technical and commercial writing skills, display creative flair in tender plans ensuring high standards of accuracy and document control whilst agreed deadlines are met.
