Role: Bid Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 plus package including car or allowance & performance related bonus
Location: Home based
My client is a market leader within the housing maintenance sector. This large organisation is currently offering an excellent opportunity for a Bid Manager with responsibilities to provide high quality PQQ and tender submissions, along with day to day line management of the bidding team.
Job Role / Responsibilities
You will manage the project of the bid process which includes development of writing technical proposals for both pre-qualification documents and bids, adhering to the procurement process which includes presentations and competitive dialogue, along with ensuring all PQQs and tenders are submitted in accordance with the bid process, governance requirements and the public contracts (2015) regulations.
The Bid Manager must have a minimum requirement of at least 4-5 years of relevant experience within the social housing sector, excellent English language skills (Spoken & Written), and detailed knowledge of construction, maintenance services and procurement.
