Bid Coordinator - Maintenance/Refurbishment

This maintenance/ refurbishment contractor based in Central London who carry out R&M, regeneration, fire & safety, planned maintenance & M&E works on behalf of a number of clients across the housing, education, health, retail, leisure and commerical sectors are currently looking for a Bid Coordinator to assist the work winning team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the production and submission of selection questionnaires
  • Assist with the marketing activities of the company
  • To organise and plan the production of tenders for construction or maintenance contracts
  • Assisting in the production of high quality written responses on both general management topics (i.e. quality, health & safety) and operational issues (i.e. design solutions, site logistics, programme) – liaising with operations, business development and estimating colleagues
  • Working closely with the Estimators to understand the pricing / costing requirements to ensure written responses correlate to the priced solution
  • Assisting in the development of an effective library of bid information and case studies
  • Ensuring submission documents carry Company Brand and visuals / graphics are of highest quality
