This role is to work within the Maintenance & Facilities Sector as an Audit Administrator.

The client is a leader in their field with a global presence and an excellent track record in the Sector.

As an Audit Administrator you will have the following experience and skills;

Essential:

•Experience working in a previous office administrator role

•Effective communicator both verbal and written to all levels with ability to produce accurate and timely reports

•Worked within a previous role where you have had to accept responsibility for data accuracy within known remit

•Working to strict deadlines

•Flexible and proactive approach

•IT skills in MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook

•Hold, have held or eligible to apply for security clearance

Desirable:

•Professional degree in a relevant technical discipline

•Experience of working with SharePoint/Maximo systems

•Understanding of the Built Environment/Facilities Services

•Minute taking

•Worked within an auditing environment within the built environment

Experience and Skills:

 Implementation of maintaining audit reports, policies and procedures encompassing:

•Quality Assurance Reports

•Audit Report Quality Checking

•Understanding contract requirements

•Work standards

•Customer perception

•Health & Safety

•Good interpersonal skills

•Good client facing skills with the confidence to deal with people at all levels

•Ability to inspire and motivate a team to meet objectives

•Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team

•Good communication, numeracy and presentation skills

•Proven ability to deal with change

•Be able to successfully manage time, plans and other related tasks

•Be able to continuously meet targets and surpass expectations

•An eye for detail and technically minded

•Experience of working in a secure environment
