My client, a large housing refurbishment contractors based in the South East, are currently looking for a Assistant Site Manager to join their team and assist them in the management and delivery of their decent homes project in West London

The project is a mixture of  internal and external decent home projects. Works you will be managing include roof replacements, window renewals, kitchen and bathroom replacements, electrical re wires and concrete repairs.

All of these works will be carried out low and high rise tower blocks. Your main duties will include supervising trades and sub-contractors on site, assisting with health and safety on site and assisting the site team with works being carried out, ensuring they are completed to the best possible standard.

All candidates applying for the role MUST have; 
First Aid 
Scaffold Inspection 
Full Clean Driving Licence and your own vehicle 

A minimum of three years experience managing decent home projects

All candidates must be available to start within a months notice, this role is a permanent role and an excellent opportunity to join a reputable business which will offer the you the opportunity to train and progress
