Assistant Site Manager – Refurbishment

Type: Freelance

Location: Wolverhampton

Hourly Rate: £19 - 21 PH Umbrella PAYE

I currently have an exciting opportunity for an assistant site manager to work on a refurbishment scheme on void properties in Wolverhampton. This is a freelance role with the opportunity to go permanent. The position would suit someone who has refurbishment experience.

Your main duties will be assisting in the management of sub-contractors on site, carrying out surveys to properties, H&S checks, collating property information for each project and generally assisting your site manager with delivering the project.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

SMSTS / SSSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
Full Driving Licence
Experience working on a planned maintenance project as an assistant site manager / supervisor
IT Literate
Up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation
Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
