Assistant Site Manager – EWI & External Refurbishments

Type: Permanent

Location: Wolverhampton

Salary: Up To £35,000 – 40,000 per annum + car allowance

I currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a team delivering EWI and external refurbishment blocks on 2 high rise tower blocks in Wolverhampton.

Your main duties will be assisting in the management of sub-contractors on site, carrying out surveys to properties, H&S checks, collating property information for each project and generally assisting your site manager with delivering the project.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

SMSTS / SSSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness

Experience working on a planned maintenance project as an assistant site manager / supervisor

EWI or external refurbishment experience

IT Literate

Up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation

Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
