Assistant Site Manager - Decent Home Projects - Excellent Permanent opportunity
I am currently recruiting for a principal contractor based in the North East and they are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team and assist them in the management and delivery of their Decent homes scheme.
The ideal candidate would have previously worked for a tier one contractor and would have delivered in social housing/decent homes schemes for a minimum of 5 years. Works you would be delivering include kitchen and bathroom replacements, full rewires, roofing, windows and door replacements.
You will be assisting the project planning and programming of the works (when necessary), health and safety on site, client liaison, ensuring KPI's and deadlines are met by your team and the overall delivery of the programme.
Reporting into site manager.
Experience needed for this role includes -
Decent home schemes
A proven track record of delivering planned maintenance projects, internals and externals
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid qualifications
A clean driving licence
