We are currently recruiting for a large national maintenance contractor, and they are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team and assist them in the management and delivery of their decent homes programme which will be based within Portsmouth.
The ideal candidate would have previously worked for a large principal contractor and would have been involved in social housing/decent homes schemes before and have experience with planned works, internals, externals, kitchens and bathrooms, windows and doors etc.
Your main duties will include assisting with the management of sub-contractors, health and safety talks, inspecting projects pre and post works, and helping managing the general delivery of the programme.
All candidates applying for the role will require the following:
- SMSTS OR SSSTS
- First Aid
- Asbestos Awareness
- Full Driving Licence
