Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Housing Maintenance/ Refurbishment

Salary: £30-£35k + package

Location: Essex

The Role:

My client, who are a national contractor are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to help the continuous delivery of two housing maintenance contracts worth £3m per annum focusing on reactive repairs. .

 Key Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be part of a wider team helping to look after the works by coding up jobs using a schedule of rates.
