We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for a Asset Maintenance Administrator for a Social Housing provider in Manchester.


The Role

My client are a leading social housing provider in Greater Manchester who offer great agile working and are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Asset Management team.


Main duties:

- Providing admin support to the assets team

- Liaising with residents with general day to day queries

- Carrying out satisfaction surveys

- Following up on dissatisfaction & complaints to resolution

- Keeping records accurate and up to date

- Checking & approving invoices

- Arranging appointments for inspections & visits

- Coordinating the collation of regular assurance reporting


Job requirements:

- Customer service skills

- Experience working in admin role & delivering to deadlines

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

- Previous experience of working in an assets/housing role is desirable but not essential
