Asset Coordinator – St Austell
We have an opportunity for an Asset Co-ordinator to work with a local housing provider in the asset management team on a 12month fixed term contract. The role will be to coordinate the requirements of the housing stock, stock condition surveys including disabled adaptation requests.
Applicants will need to have experience and understating round asset management tasks, A level and HNC in construction or equivalent. Previous knowledge of stock condition surveys would be beneficial along with dealing with property management systems.
Excellent IT skills are required for this role, so fluent in Microsoft Office programmes along with general office admin is essential to this role.
An overall good team player who enjoys working with property, customer service and is looking for a varied role.
