We supply candidates from executive to operative level and are currently working with a private sector company to appoint an Administrator based in Plymouth. The perfect candidate will be hungry to develop and will bring a good amount of experience in an administrative role, specifically within a facilities environment. 

The purpose of the Administrator will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Service Delivery Area, you will have strong organisational skills as well as the ability to work well on excel. Having maximo experience would be preferable.

Day to Day

  • Booking appointments, hot desk, gate access and the meeting room 
  • Scanning and printing, as appropriate, to support SDA outputs
  • The answering of any queries (digital/telecom) promptly and politely
  • Visit the post room on-site to collect the mail and post the mail daily. Ensure all post is out of the office within 24-hours. 
  • Production and updating of the H&S induction packs as necessary
