We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing contractor, who are looking for a Administrator/ Scheduler with construction or social housing experience based in Weston Super Mare.

Our client a well known social housing contractor is looking for additional Operational support, with busy contracts starting in 2022, they require an experience administrator with some scheduling knowledge to join the team on a perm basis. 

Day to Day:

  •      General office admin tasks
  •      Must be fluent in using Microsoft Office programmes and Outlook
  •      Making outgoing calls to tenants arranging appointments
  •      Liaising with Operatives out on the field confirming information

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  •      Experience is essential, qualification desirable
  •      Understanding around social housing, construction or maintenance is essential
  •      Excellent customer service experience essential
  •      Ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail


  •      Immediate start
  •      Office based role
  •      Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
