We are currently working with a well established client in the Bedfordshire area and they are need of an experienced Administrator for a contract assignment.
The successful candidate will need to be fluent at using popular software packages such as MS word, and experienced at using internal databases. Experience in Data Entry, Diary Management, Call Navigation and Customer Service is also required. It is required that the candidate has a minimum of 4 years prior Admin experience.
The role duties will largely include answering calls and handling queries, Data Entry and Navigating calls to the correct departments.
This is a full time role, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
