We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a large principal contractor who are a market leader in the social housing sector.
Are you a strong administrator with excellent customer service and data entry skills?
You will be required to deal with high levels of data entry, answer any email queries and have a professional manner and be able to manage your workload within the admin role. Someone with experience in planned or reactive maintenance would be ideal or who has worked for a construction or housing business before.
The hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with a view to starting on the 22nd March so ideally someone who is immediatly available and local to Swanley.
Successful applicants will need to interview ASAP at the head office where you will be working in Swanley.
Requirements for the role -
- Highly organised
- Experience with Planned and reactive maintenance projects
- Able to work alone and within a team
- Experience with Excel, Word and Microsoft.
