Build recruitment have a permanent opportunity for an Administrator with construction experience. This role is office based and provides support to Project Managers and Contracts Managers in the Bristol area.
Applicants will need to be computer literate, and an expert with using Excel and generally Microsoft programmes.
The day to day role will be coordinating paperwork, recording information on spreadsheets and dealing with correspondence.
Experience of ISO accreditations and compliance would be beneficial.
Experience of invoicing and raising PO numbers.
Collating and preparing starter packs for new employees and sub contractors.
Our client is looking for an outgoing, organised individual, who is used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines. Someone who is used to working in a varied environment.
