Objectives

Responsible providing excellent customer service both internally and to clients ensuring that all jobs are processed accurately and within agreed timescales.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with relevant health and safety requirements.
  • Responsible for answering the telephone to clients and assisting them with their queries, including managing appointments.
  • Responsible for handling of all work from initiation to completion according to SLAs and ensuring that daily reports and planning software are kept up to date. 
  • Monitor daily work volumes ensuring efficient use of resources to meet turnaround timescales and ensuring achievement of maximum efficiency.
  • Identify any problems, potential causes and assist in setting appropriate actions to maintain KPI turnaround times.
  • Liaise with line management to resolve issues relating to missed appointments or job related problems.
  • Monitor job completion times and appointments kept and highlight any issues as appropriate.
  • Responsible for the handling of customer complaints and onward referral.
  • Be alert and responsive to continuous improvement and process change.
  • Responsible for compliance with all company policies, systems and procedures.
  • Carry out any other duties necessary from time to time in support of the business.

  • Ability to identify, evaluate and respond to situations quickly and methodically.
  • Organisational skills necessary to manage and organise own workload and to comply with applicable deadlines.

  • The ability to respond to changing priorities in order to meet deadlines.
  • Highly self-motivated and ability to use initiative, when necessary.
