Employee Relations Administrator required for a Facilities Management company based in Frimley Green.
The purpose of this role is to help strengthen the employer-employee relationship through identifying/resolving workplace issues
- Front line support, responding to employee's basic inquiries
- Resolves basic problems and/or escalates more complex cases to the appropriate business area for resolution
- Enters employee data into various systems
- Accurately document calls while speaking with employees
Demonstrated ability to: make recommendations that effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgement consistent with standards procedures; objectively coach employees, through complex, difficult and emotional issues using discretion in confidential areas; manage and guide others with the Standards of Conduct and grievance procedure; exercise sound judgement and discretion in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees, managers and other agencies; research and analyse information to arrive at logical conclusions, recommendations and action plans; administer assessments and compliance reviews;
Advance computer and Microsoft Office skills and use of other applications necessary for the position. Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent customer service and listening skills. Detail oriented and strong organisational skills, ability to handle multiple projects, excellent interpersonal skills, proven self-starter with demonstrated ability to make decisions, high professional standards of confidentiality.
