My client, a well established leader within their field, is currently recruiting for a bright, fun Administrator to join their Customer Service team in their London office. The candidate must have previous administrator experience within a fast pace environment.
As the office administrator you will be supporting all branch and HR related administration. This will include processing paperwork for all new starters or leavers, ID cards, vehicle and fuel management, processing timesheets, logging holiday requests and providing cover as necessary for other members of the team. This will be a busy and varied role.
Main duties and responsibilities of the administrator:
- Data Entry via Excel and SAP
- Answer all incoming calls
- General office support
- Learning the in-house system
- Dealing with customer service
- Dealing with Quotes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages
- A can-do attitude
- Excellent Customer Service
