Start ASAP - Salary between 25-27k - full time hours Monday to Friday

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a renewable energy maintenance contractor, who are looking for a Accounts Assistant based in Weston-Super-Mare.

Our client a renewables energy contractor, service mainly in the public sector with Social Landlords.  This is a gowning organisation with lots of opportunity to learn a new and thriving sector.

Day to Day:

  • Allocate completed work to clients
  • Close jobs of the system
  • Raise invoices and PO
  • Follow up payments with clients
  • Liaise with the team on the ground to confirm job details

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • Accounts related qualification would be beneficial
  • Excellent IT skills is essential - Microsoft office & Sage programmes
  • Good communications skills
  • Ability to juggle work and complete tasks within a given deadline
