At FCO Services, we deliver critical products and solutions that enable government-level customers around the globe to keep information, assets and people safe.

Our business has grown extensively over recent years and, in the face of this rapid change, we are now looking for a highly experienced Accommodation Strategy Manager to help us ensure we are making optimal use of the space at our Hanslope Park site in Milton Keynes. 

Transform how we manage space across our business

You will play a vital role in helping us achieve our corporate objectives, by leading a complex, multi-disciplinary project intended to bring systematic oversight to the management of FCO Services accommodation, in terms of capacity, demand and use. This is not just about designing smarter ways of working. It is also about driving the culture change necessary to ensure those ways of working are fully implemented across the organisation. To succeed, you will need to liaise directly with executive directors while also working closely with and supporting our Accommodation Manager.

Take your project management skills to another level

The role involves an enormous amount of stakeholder engagement. So as well as being a highly skilled project manager, ideally with PMP or Prince qualifications, you will also need experience of working with and influencing people at senior levels. Your track record may well include some elements of facilities management, as well as supplier relationship, commercial and financial management, and you will certainly need to have played an expert role in managing complex, large-scale accommodation programmes. Proven leadership and mentoring skills are also essential.

That means every role has added impact – and with growth making space an increasingly important issue for FCO Services, your role will have an even bigger impact than most.
