After graduating with a BA Honours degree in Economics in 1999, Coleen joined Hays Construction and Property as a trainee recruitment consultant. He enjoyed a very successful career with Hays, building and running a Facilities Management and Health and Safety Business. Coleen left Hays C&P in the position of Regional Director in August 2011. He invested in Build Recruitment in September 2011 and helped to develop the business into a well-established specialist recruiter for the Built Environment. Coleen’s role as Managing Director encompasses management of day to day Operations, Systems, Compliance and Processes.

As a father of three boys seven and under, Coleen enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Hobbies include tennis, football and most racket sports. Coleen is interested in all things property and is currently renovating his family home.
