A vastly experienced recruitment leader, Chris worked for Capita and Blue Group International, before co-founding social housing specialist recruitment business, Resourcing Group at the age of 25, which was later acquired by HCIG. After growing the business and subsequently selling in 2008, Chris left Resourcing Group at the end of 2010. He joined his brother, Danny, and invested in Build Recruitment in 2011 and is now the company’s CEO. Working alongside Coleen and Danny, Chris is responsible for the strategic growth of the business.   

Chris loves sports, food, wine, gin, travel and of course, his family, and tries to combine all his hobbies together where possible. He coaches Rugby at Old Alleynians where his two sons play and occasionally dons a jersey himself when he’s forgotten how much it hurt and how long it took to recover the last time he played!
