Charlie started his Build Recruitment career as a trainee during university summer holidays. After graduating with a Law degree, with a focus on employment law and commercial contract law, Charlie returned to Build Recruitment to play a pivotal role in establishing a central operations function.

With an in-depth understanding of the processes that underpin Build Recruitment, Charlie now manages the operations team with responsibility for administration, bids, contracts, legal and supply chain.
