Handyman/Finisher operative working on day to days and voids 

At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for an experienced Handyman for a 2 year contract in Sheffield working on a voids contract, Experience in social housing maintenance is desired but not essential. Candidates will be multi skilled and be joinery bias.

The Job and duties of Multi-trade operative 

• • Undertaking repairs and renovating rooms 
  • Fitting Kitchens Multi skilled operatives must be
  • Requirements for a Multi Skilled Operative 

   

• • You will need a Full UK driving license 
  • Proven experience in the maintenance sector
  • Be able to provide at least two working references
