This month, Build Recruitment started the year with a new year’s resolution; to Invest in our People. On the 7th January, we opened our first ever training academy, run by our Head of Talent, Lauren Huddleston.
The BR Academy welcomes four new recruiters to Build, and they will engage in 3 months of Recruitment Training before graduating into fully fledged recruiters. We are very pleased to introduce our first trainees.
With backgrounds ranging from automotive sales, estate agency and administration, the BR Academy have passed their first full week of training and have now moved onto the sales floor. Placed alongside senior managers and working in buoyant markets, we are very excited to have the four of them at Build during this growth period.
