Build Recruitment is pleased to announce that it has achieved certification to the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2015 standard, focused on effective quality management.
The standard requires a quality management system focused on delivering a quality service and maintaining a continual state of improvement to exceed customer expectations. This independent assessment was conducted by UKAS-certified Certification Body, the British Assessment Bureau.

ISO 9001 was first introduced in 1987 and requires organisations to demonstrate that they do what they say they do, and that they have a Quality Management System in place to ensure consistency and improvement; leading to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
