We believe in giving back. Giving back to the industries we work within and to those less fortunate. We have a dedicated CSR programme and every employee is given a day’s annual leave to undertake a CSR or charity fundraising activity each year.
Our CSR efforts are focused within 3 key areas.
Jobseeking volunteer programme
We work in partnership with Genesis Housing Association to provide their volunteers with CV, jobseeking and interview advice to support them in gaining sustainable employment after they complete their work with Genesis.
Apprenticeships & internships
We’re passionate about education and giving back to the communities we work in. We offer an apprenticeship programme and work in partnership with local universities to offer internship opportunities. Whether it’s the start of a career in recruitment or simply some valuable working experience, we believe in giving everyone an opportunity to start, grow and develop skills needed to have a successful and rewarding career.
